This sort of activity works well either at a group
night in your local park or as something on a walk or camp. You
might want to pick a theme and look for items or find the most unusual
object for each item on the list.
You might want the children to each have a small bag and collect items
on their list, you can then use these for craft activities later.
Alternatively give each child a list and ask them to write down what
they find. On wait works quite well if a couple of leaders have a list
and the children go to them to find out what they are looking for next.
